What information we collect when you book, and how we use it.

When you book an appointment, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, selected service(s), and appointment date/time. If you contact us for support, we may also keep a record of that communication.
We use your information to schedule and manage your appointment, send confirmations and reminders, respond to questions or support requests, and keep basic records of your visit history so we can serve you better on return visits. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to operating our studio.
We do not sell your personal information. To operate our booking, scheduling, and communications systems, we work with trusted third-party service providers — for example, a calendar and scheduling provider, an email provider, and a text-messaging (SMS) provider. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function (such as sending you a confirmation) and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
If you provide a phone number and/or email when booking, we'll use it to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and related updates. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us directly to be removed from any communication list.
We retain booking and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal or tax obligations.
Our website may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed) so we can improve it. These tools may use cookies or similar technology. This data is used in aggregate and is not used to personally identify you.
Our website and booking system are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our online booking form. Appointments for children's services are booked by a parent or guardian.
You can contact us at any time to request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we're required to keep for legal or business purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
