The terms that apply when you book an appointment with us.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lys Nail & Spa website and booking system, operated by Coloree Beauty Bar LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By booking an appointment or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.
When you book online, you'll be asked to provide your name, phone number, email address, and your selected service(s). This information is used to reserve your appointment, confirm it, and contact you about it. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text — an appointment is not guaranteed until confirmed.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before an appointment must be handled by calling or texting the studio directly, and may not always be accommodated. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book online in the future.
Prices listed on our site and booking form are estimates. Final pricing depends on factors confirmed in person — such as nail length, condition, and any add-on services requested — and will be confirmed with you at your appointment.
By booking an appointment, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and related communications from us by email and/or text message (SMS) at the contact information you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You can request to stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us directly.
We want every visit to be a good one for our clients and our team. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, health or safety concerns, or disruptive or abusive behavior toward our staff or other clients.
We take care to provide our services safely and professionally. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coloree Beauty Bar LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, booking system, or services. Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment so we can take appropriate precautions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our booking system after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
